Lodha One Park

Located in the vibrant heart of Worli, this project was an exciting challenge that pushed the boundaries of design and execution. Despite stringent society regulations and a tight, immovable timeline, we successfully created a spacious 4.5BHK home of 1800 sqft, with each pocket of space carefully tailored to its function.

The design focuses on key areas like a Puja room, study area, invisible wall storage, a welcoming foyer, and efficient servant spaces, all seamlessly integrated. A minimalist approach was adopted, ensuring every element is purposeful, while maintaining an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.

Throughout the project, we navigated the complexities of society regulations and the time constraints, all while maintaining our commitment to creating a space that is inclusive and accessible for all ages. This project is a perfect example of how thoughtful design, flexibility, and perseverance can overcome challenges, resulting in a home that is both practical and beautiful.
